UST Global Partners with APR Walkathon 2013 for Fundraising for Social Causes
Supports the program as part of its continued commitment to ‘transform lives’ of underprivileged citizens in its local communities
Bangalore, Karnataka, India, Monday, December 09, 2013 — (Business Wire India) — UST Global, an information technology solutions and services company for Global 1000 enterprises, announced that it had partnered with Adarsh Palm Retreat (APR) Charitable Trust – ACT to support its fundraising event, APR Walkathon.
Organized in Bangalore on December 8, 2013, the annual Walkathon drew participation from more than 2000 residents of Adarsh Palm Retreat, located at Bellandur. The proceeds from the event, which amounted to Rs. 28 lakh, will be used to support the on-going education and empowerment projects of ACT, which are focused towards improving the quality of life of underprivileged people working in and living around APR.
