InsideView (India) Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned Indian subsidiary of San Francisco, USA headquartered Enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) company InsideView Inc. is to expand its Indian operations. It is to invest US $ 15-20 million over next three years for their growth in India. Disclosing this addressing a press conference here in Hyderabad today, Jim Lightsey, Chief Financial Officer, InsideView Inc., USA said it will also double its head count to 160. The company is also moving to a 17,000 sq ft new facility within the Ascendas IT Park at Madhapur in Hyderabad. The Indian subsidiary is seven years old and has been its development center.

InsideView provides CRM IntelligenceT to drive marketing, sales and account management results. The Company’s platform helps sales and marketing professionals find better leads, win more deals, maintain and grow on customers. InsideView provides data, insights, and connections collected through 20,000 plus sources from across world so that sales and marketing professionals can leverage the “right information and the right time’ directly from within their CRM system.

Speaking further Jim added that InsideView and Microsoft have signed a strategic OEM Agreement to integrate InsideView for sales into Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. This partnership brings native access to Data, Social Insights and Professional Connections within Microsoft Dynamics CRM for More Meaningful Customer Engagement and Greater Sales Productivity, he informed. With this association we hope to raise the bar on CRM, he said. Through the agreement, InsideView for Sales will be available to all users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, and will be known as Social Insights, powered by InsideView. Social Insights, powered by InsideView, will be available within Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online in the United States on October 30th with broader global roll-out coming later in 2014.
