With the Axis surveillance deployment, CCD management can monitor its cafes in real time, across locations. The expected benefits would be increased security, better staff management which will consequently result in enhancing the customer experience overall.

In this greenfield IP-based surveillance solution from Axis Communications, the company has installed 1000 cameras in 500 stores in the first phase. The management team at CCD was looking for a superior surveillance solution that would help them enhance security, increase productivity and better staff control in order to enhance service standards that would drive greater sales.
